There may be nothing to the Saban to UT story but the theory that she was in Austin during this time (among all of the rumors) simply to help out a daughter in law does not pass the smell test.

And any teams fan base starts these type rumors whenever they think there is a coaching search coming up. I don't blame people swinging for the fences but sometimes they are ludicrous. Saban and his family have put down roots in TTown and won't be leaving. 
Last year my favorites were:
Jon Gruden to Tennessee
And my personal favorite:
Jeff Fisher to Auburn!!!!!
Hahahahahaha. That was a serious rumor going on their message boards because his son went to school there or some garbage, and then on top of him, the GM(an Auburn grad) of the Rams was going to come with him to become AD because that was one of Fishers requests to come there.

You may find my ranking funny but there is no way it is more funny than inferring that Fox News is a legit news source and that ESPN is all for entertainment but Fox News is not.

I am not putting any stock in results from previous years or who I think would win or who will be ahead at the end of the season.

You had Oklahoma as your #1 team, they lose and now you have Baylor #1. Even Mizzou ranked ahead of Bama. Baylor would be at least a 14 pt underdog to Bama, Oregon and FSU. Do you watch college football or do you just watch ESPN? Yep with your Fox news comment I had you figured for a left wing Liberal.
