Tech will score on their first drive of second half and everything that happened in first half will be for not. Oregon failed to get their foot on Techs neck. Tech wins this game no doubt

the question is:   which coach do you trust to make the 2nd half adjustments.  For me, it's 100% Lanning/Oregon. 
Tech coach may be in over his head here.  The defense has been good but offense looks lost and the special teams is getting killed.  Not a familiar place for them to be with the soft schedule they've had this year
