To lead effectively , one must have a vision on what the goal is that they wish to achieve .

They also must have an effective plan to to reach that goal as well as the ability to

communicate the plan to those tasked with carrying it out. That goes for fighting the

virus, as well as a fair resolution to the question of a College football season.

Those who have been successful in leadership " know it when they see it " in others.

I do not see effective leadership by the NCAA , Conferences , and member schools

in dealing with this issue . I also believe that they are willing to sacrifice the season

in order to get in front of the labor issue.No matter what anyone says.

No " Mount Rushmore " or any other monument for any of them .

Mac conference is out. Big ten is out but Nebraska wants to play. It's in the hand of the irrelevant leaders now. I think there will be a dumbass version of some kind of football.

My long term reasoning for thinking college football was finished was that our lunatic president has played this off as a hoax that would just go away all ... He is incapable of admitting he is wrong , and fixing his mistakes ( classic idiot narcissist )...  I strongly believe if a nation wide mask mandate was put in place back in April our country would have flattened the curve months ago ...The other issue is fhat too many Americans are selfish and stupid,  even when Travel bans are put in place here in NY ,  the expressways and tourist spots are loaded with cars from states that should NOT be here ..

This PLAGUE is NOT going anywhere , anytime soon ...My guess is it's going to get real

Totally agreeing on fact that NCAAF won't happen this year. Not sure that even right amount will do right push on this one.

If Conferences can afford and provide daily testing and keep players safe etc...they should go ahead an play...Players and staff etc..should be required sign waivers that the school/ncaa will not be responsible if they get covid 19 and have issues 5 years down the line due to the virus.    Players have a choice and no one is forcing them to play.  They can opt out if they want.   The liability issue should not be an excuse and 99% of players will choose to play.  

The Big 12, ACC, and SEC look to be in. Personally, I don't believe it yet. Look for big COVID spike after these guys are in camp for a week or two. That will shut the doors tight.

Sort of curious if the bowl sponsors/conference tie ins have any leverage. Is it feasible to sue the PAC12 and BIG10 for not honoring their bowl obligations? I get it, it's a longshot...but we are going into a litigation season that is going to be unprecedented. Won't surprise me at all to see everyone suing everyone...NCAA, conferences, sponsors, ESPN, all of it.

Absolutely no coverage for two days of the biggest mass shooting in the U.S. this year by CNN and MSNBC. A guy on FOX last night said New Zealand, which had a full lockdown, now has resurgence of COVID. I checked it out, 10 cases! Not exactly a resurgence for an island country of 5 million. NBC Nightly News on right now, says Trump is undermining the postal service because he is against mail in ballots yet he and his wife requested mail-in absentee ballots. A BLATANT LIE! I have been watching this closely.

#1; Repub's and Dem's arguing over an additional Trillion dollars to help cities besides helping citizens and postal service.

#2. Trump supports absentee mail-in ballots as they are secure! He does not support mail-out ballots to every Tom, Dick, or Harry who may have moved, be dead, etc. These can be forged. What if Russia forged these ballots in favor of Trump??!! Or China in favor of Biden? Cannot have that!!!

It was an obvious attempt to confuse viewers and blame Trump. 

Then they accuse Trump of racism because a reporter asked him about the story on Harris' birthright. He says, "I heard about it, the author is a respected attorney, I know nothing about it, am sure the Dem's checked it out before hand." BLANTANT RACIST they say!!!
