yes no comparison in overall skill but Marshall the kind of fleet footed QB that gives them problems,

Good pick.  All you Auburn haters all gonna be crying after this game cause BAMA not only will fail to cover but will LOSE the game to the upstart Auburn.  Remember the name GUS MALZAHN cause he's gonna be a legend one day.  The man is an offensive genuis and knows how to win.....Alabama Tide Fans you have a great team there but even great teams LOSE sometimes.  Mark it on the wall and say PNUTT told you so!!!!  AUBURN BY 3!!!

What makes people think this Auburn team is going to be the team that finally dies it? If they're forced to throw the ball it will get ugly, mainly because Nick Marshall is not a good passer.

It's come to the point that people are sick of Bama and just want them to lose. This Auburn team has a weak defence and is physically outmatched everywhere on the field.

    Bama wins by 28+.

^^^ Listen to this guy ^^^

Spartacus is right on the money.  The first thing we know about this game is that Malzahn's offense will have no chance of running the ball against Alabama.  Malzahn knows this too, so look for Auburn to come out throwing the ball.  Auburn, however, also has no shot of winning this game through the air.  Look for Jeremy Johnson to relieve Nick Marshall once the game gets out-of-hand.

I think minimum margin of victory is at least 28 points.

That's almost what you said about A&M lol. Yes Auburn and A&M are completely different teams but you said that Alabama would win by at least 24 points.

And you do realize it was about the unluckiest chain of events that stopped the prediction from coming true? Bama fumbles on the 1 to go up 21 in the 4th. A&M gets the ball and converts a 3rd down for a 95 yard touchdown. Don't look at the box score for that game, it's extremely misleading. Bama was dominating the game after the first 5 minutes.

No I didn't.  I said they would win by at least 2 touchdowns, and offered posters +13.5.  No where did I ever say anything about Alabama winning the game by "at least" 24 points.

My other prediction for the game was that Alabama would score 50, and had Yelding not fumbled at the half yard line, they would have scored at least 52.

Furthermore, had Alabama not lost their #1 CB, and their starting Star DB early in the game (something that cannot be handicapped), and had multiple TAMU drives not been salvaged by horrendous calls by the officiating crew (something else that can't be handicapped), it would have been more like a 3-4 touchdown win.

Jeeze onthemound#5, you may be the first 13 year old to suffer from a heart attack.

This is how good Bama and Saban really are, they have the ability to drive people from ages 13+ absolutely crazy.

LSU's record against Bama the last 14 meetings is completely irrelevant. Now, if we add up the last 3 seasons, LSU has crossed the 50 yard line about as many times as they've won.

Auburn's offense will be a much easier task for Alabama's defense.  LSU has a balanced attack.  Auburn's offense is one-dimensional, and their one dimension really has no shot to be successful.  Malzahn knows that.  That's why I think we'll see Auburn opening the game throwing the ball.  I think we'll also see quite a bit of Jeremy Johnson because he's a better passer.

Like the last two Iron Bowls, this will be a very one-sided game.  It has definite shutout potential.

Alabama will definitely beat Auburn by more than 17.  Not sure about Mizzou.  Have really looked at that match-up yet.  If Alabama plays FSU in the title game, I'd be shocked if Alabama won that game by DD.

I believe the margin of victory will be large based primarily on my belief that Auburn will have a very difficult time scoring, and that they will get dominated in the TOP.  As I have said before, although I'm not calling for a shutout, I think this game definitely has shutout potential.

I see no reason why this game should be much different than the last two Alabama/Auburn games.  Alabama should cover 10.5 easily.

I'm going to quote you right now from this thread:  https://www.covers.com/postingforum/POST01/showmessage.aspx?spt=33&sub=101660258&page=2

"You can do whatever you want with your money, I'm just trying to keep you from making a terrible bet.  If you do decide to pull the trigger, just remember what I told you as you watch your bet going down in flames.

Now I'm going to make one of my outlandish predictions that Bookieassassin loves so much.  Alabama will hit the 50-point mark against Texas A&M, and will beat them worse than they beat Virginia Tech.

If you're thinking of pulling the trigger on Alabama, stop squabbling over the line moving a few points.  It won't matter.

    "

You clearly stated that Alabama would beat A&M worse than they beat Vtech. I'm pretty sure Alabama beat Vtech by 25. Cmon now son.

I'm pretty sure that was posted before the Virginia Tech game, but I see your point.  On other occasions I said Alabama would win the game by at least 2 touchdowns.  If I feel up to it, I may take the time to find it for you.  I may have even posted in that same thread.
