Auburn has been a terrible champion. And their QB is an embarrasment as a person and as a Heisman winner.

No way a preseason unranked team wins the NC unless they play in the SEC.

TCU was ranked in the top 10 and won out and beat the crap outta Wisconsin.

Auburn did not convince anyone beating Oregon--and playing noone else outside of their conference.

Out of context quote. SEC teams are "guided" into the NC game by the powers that be. TCU was a complete team last year that could not get past Auburn--even though Auburn beat Bama as their only signature win. A dominant win in football is to control the game (low scoring usually) wherby you score in the 20s and your opponent cannot reach the endzone, or play their game offensively. Auburn dicked around with opponents and was lucky to win on 3 seperate occasions. This was NOT a dominant team. They had (like most top echelon SEC teams) a front defensive line recruited from around the country to control the line of scrimmage--but they did not always do that. Auburn was a fraud champion.The BCS is bullshit--a popularity contest, and the ONLY major sport that votes in their NC.

Maybe another team from another conferance will win it this year but as of now, two of the best teams in the country are from the SEC. Deal with it. The SEC is weaker this year but they still might win another NC.

Add 1 TD to Oregon and subtract 1 TD from LSU, and the Tigers begin the campaign 0-1.

LSU will still be a 2 loss team that will destroy a BIG 10 team in a New Year's Day Bowl Game (Penn State?). Arkansas' scoring is getting better, and too early to predict, but Razorbacks will not lay down for LSU.

I'm not sure this will be a great game (I think the USC/Stanford in front of 93,000+ in trp OT w/ two high NFL draft pick QBs was a great game). But it will have a lot of drama--which I absolutely love.
