about egos, and as long as that's the case many members of

The insidious thing about EGO is that one usually does not
realize that it is an impediment to success until it is too late.
This year you might want to do things differently, foe example:
!. Decide you want to WIN this year ,and make a plan to do it.
2. Learn from your past mistakes ( first step is to admit you
made them ), so you don't make them again.
3. Seek sources of reliable date on which to make good decisions.
4. Other opinions from credible sources is part of the process.
No one has all the answers , be mindful and respect the opinions
of others ( you can decide it you want to make the opinion of
others part of your decision making process ).
5. Be honest about your past success / or failures, the humility
that comes from acknowledging past failures is what spawned
great successes in business, industry ,and yes, in handicapping
college football as well.
6. Best of Luck to to all this year.Good luck in what we do comes
from making the effort to learn more and make sound decisions.
