Purdy outplayed mahomes thru regulation... we disagree on this purdy played a lot better than lamar or Tua vs that same chiefs defense and last I checked lamar won mvp.. lamar is perfect example of you can be bad at playing qb and touted as excellent at the position.. purdy easily a top 10 qb in the nfl in his first full season.. sf just beat themselves

Silly.. muff punted on own 12... cmc opening drive fumble inside chiefs 30 first and 10... missed extra point.. picked mahomes on a braindead decision inside chiefs 45 ... false start and 3 and out costed them 3.. Trent Williams false start then hold taking away another drive that was first and 10 at 40 yard line.. deebo Samuels drop in end zone.. perfect pass in lock step coverage .. perfect double coverage on chiefs only explosive play of game and gipson lost it in lights..
Where exactly did mahomes win it.. you know he had nothing but fgs in regulation the great mahomes couldn't even find end zone.. 12 yard 1 play drive doesn't count..

To me the quarterback has to be able to make the tough tight throws if you watch the game again he can make passes under 15 yards after that the ball gets away from him over throws,db can make plays need the arm like a love of Geoff zip it in and by the way Lamar will never win a big game I’ll bet against him in every big game anytime

The narrative is just wrong.. being someone that watch every sf game this year.. look at his next generation stats at balls traveling over 20 yards .. he led the nfl in all deep passing categories .. he had one of the best years throwing the deep ball in the past decade.. it's just a crazy misconception and every stat backs it up and he doesn't have a tyreek hill.. aiyuk is no burner.. deebo plays at the line of scrimmage ..

These people that question Purdy are funny to me.....the kid had a MVP season other then the Ravens game. Great game manager that got them deep 2 yrs in a row LOL, too bad he didnt kick that extra point and the outcome would have been different! Purdy will be top 5 again next yr and the same people will say the same shit....Hope this kid gets another chance, he deserves it! If he only played D and kicked

I'm in the same boat. Purdy benefits from the team around him. Reminds me so much of Alex Smith.. yea he had pressure but on throws he had time was still making bad reads . I went back and watched he locks on to the go receiver then has issues. Obviously we all know they should've ran the ball more in 2nd half. Also 49ers didn't capitalize off turnovers while chiefs did..i like the kid Purdy but just don't think they'll get there with him imo but guess we'll see. Also yes the point after was blocked but there were 11min still to go. Chiefs probably go for it 4th and goal at the 6 years line down 4 instead they kick FG tie. Everyone blasting the kicker but plenty of time .

9ERS have had a bad Oline for 2 seasons, last year Purdy was injured because of it... that line didnt help him yesterday at all

Why you have to be mobile current day to win. These defensive fronts are nasty all over the league and O-lines have trouble. Need to be able to scramble which Purdy doesn't. He ranked 23 with 144 rushing yards on the season.
The kid had a great year can't take it away putting up 4200yd 32td and 12 int (i believe may be slightly off) just don't see him getting over the hump. Weapons everywhere. Not sure why they kinda went away from feeding mCaffrey the duke 2nd half
Compare the QBs last throws, Brock with a guy in his face and rushed, guard blew the block. Pat no rush and hits wide open Hardman....long time 9er fan and the Oline needs to get better

I thought the game was a coin flip so I played two cbb teasers had SF+11 and KC+12 hit the Cbb plays so I was rooting for both sides lol. My buddy was laughing at me every time one scored Id root for the other. I need you to go on another run dig me out of this hole still chipping away since the beginning of last MLB season:)
