Yah, they were awful last year, but i'm treating it as a half-fluke. They led the conference or were top 2 in the conference the previous years, so I guess you could attribute that to Steph Curry's defense? And the fall off period in his first year away from the squad? Should return to be a strength this year...maybe. We'll see. Can only get better with the freshman becoming sophomores. I leaned to the +6, i wouldn't touch the +4.

Don't really see any home chalk that looks appealing other than Eastern Illinois, but me laying a moneyline of -240 would be compared to Lebron getting a standing ovation in his return to Cleveland tonight.

    Neither will happen.

Winner 2 I was asking Nropp. I follow his plays daily. Nropp doesn't need your help telling me anything. Its tough being in the military with no time and having to try and get stats and stuff. Im on leave this week and just trying to make a couple dollars.

I won't claim EIU as a world-beater, but they will be better at home than on the road, much better as evidenced in the home/away with South Dakota State. All the teams you mentioned and Eastern's entire schedule has come against teams that are at least a full 150 spots better than Tennessee State (according to kenpom). I think it's safe to say those road losses against bigger conference squads (outside of SDST) don't really show us what this team is capable of in the lowly OVC.

All good points...I just don't think playing in Charleston, Illinois is all that difficult...I also think Tenn State's schedule might actually be more difficult so far.....you are right about the strength of the OValley....we are debating two weak teams here.....I only give E. Ill 2-3 points for home court here and make them about 2 points better so I am certainly not taking the points...it's just the way I was leaning...I will root for you....good luck and keep up the great work and daily contribution.

Also, I forgot to mention...i agree with St. Pete...line makes no sense...I have St. Pete as the better team....seems like an over-adjustment off the recent results.

Thanks Nropp. I appreciate your insight. Should be a dandy in Cleveland tonight. Im predicting Lebron goes for 39 pts and Miami wins by 12pts. Do you have a prediction for that game?

GH, much respect for you but the site I use for sos and rpi shows E Ill with a sos of 16 and an rpi of 91 compared with Tenn St having a sos of 182 and an rpi of 272

    Nropp,
Why no play on the under between W.Car and Samford? Samford plays at a snails pace and this is Wcar's 5th game in 7 nights.  You mentioned n your post that you wouldn't be suprised if they only score 100...maybe you are playing this game and just haven't posted total plays yet.  I'm just be impatient because i'm afraid of the line moving.  Thanks for all your hard work!

Thanks...which site are you using? I wasn't using a rating, more so just looking at each team's schedule and what I thought. E. Illinois got crushed by Ball and beat a shorthanded Bradely team and I do not have both teams ranked anywhere near what Kenpom or RPI has. Their two losses against South Dakota State were not competitive. They beat Indiana South Bend which to me is meaningless. The 11 point loss at Loyola is legit. For Tenn State, Belmont is a killer ranked in top 75. The loss at Miss State I thought was a quality loss against a top 100 team. I have Air Force ranked much better than Kenpom and RPI. I think St. Louis is solid also. And Illinois State is about the equivalent of a shorthanded Bradley team.

So I guess both teams have played legit schedules but I still feel Tenn State's opponents were more legit.

Thanks and good point you make. Mine is just my opinion and yours is more verifiable.

If WCU finds their shooting stroke, then the total is a risk. Only game I didn't risk it. Like I said, they might only put up 100 if WCU doesn't start making their three's...

I've always used Sagarin and to add to your guy's sites, Sagarin had EIU SOS at 20 and TST at 50. At this point in the season, not much difference.

Clearly you didn't read some of the posts earlier in the thread. You can see some of the posts getting nervous and posters asking if the gentleman was getting cold. If he knew when he was hot and when he was cold, or when it would happen, he would have his own show in Las Vegas. NRop is clearly a good capper. But, when he does slow down, I guarantee you some people will rip him, however unfair it will be, it will happen. I was merely propping NRop up and not to worry about what the low lifes say. Is that easier for you to understand.
