Tuesday’s two-game WNBA slate provides an all-day betting experience, featuring the underdog Portland Fire taking on the Connecticut Sun at 11 a.m. ET, followed by the slightly favored Washington Wizards facing the Toronto Tempo in the nightcap.

My three WNBA player props and WNBA picks for Tuesday target an assist prop for the Fire’s Carla Leite, as well as scoring props for Sonia Citron and Marina Mabrey, for July 14.

Top WNBA player prop bets for today

Carla Leite Over 5.5 Assists (-115)

Carla Leite’s assist numbers fluctuate, but the tape and the data show her passing volume spikes when facing aggressive interior pressure.

She excels at manipulating screen actions to find cutters and weak-side shooters. This is the type of defense the Connecticut Sun deploy, and it's why they are giving up a generous 19.6 assists per game to opposing backcourts over their last five outings.

Leite is the Portland Fire engine. She should see at least 25 minutes today and has dished at least six dimes in half of her previous six.

At this price, the market expects her to score, but she’s also averaging more assists per game than the market offers.

Play this to -125 and pass on any market at 6.5 assists and above.

Sonia Citron Over 17.5 Points (-120)

Sonia Citron is a fascinating case because we’ve seen her drop as many as 32 points, and as few as seven points on multiple occasions.

The insight that flips this from a questionable play to a high-conviction bet is the Toronto Tempo perimeter defense. Over their last five games, the Tempo have completely imploded at the point of attack, yielding 46 points per game to opposing backcourts, allowing guards to shoot 45.7% from the floor.

When you watch Toronto, they consistently fail to contain primary ball-handlers. Citron is relentless on downhill dribble-drive. She doesn't just settle for jumpers; she forces her way into the lane and gets to the free-throw line, and that’s a problem for Toronto.

The Washington Mystics will lean heavily into Citron’s matchup and individual shot creation.

I'll gladly lay to -130 here.

Marina Mabrey Over 22.5 Points (-135)

Marina Mabrey is Toronto's undisputed number-one weapon, and with Brittney Sykes out, she has to shoulder most of the scoring load.

Mabrey boasts a whopping 30% usage rate and shoots an incredibly efficient 61.3% from the field and 40% on nearly nine attempts from downtown.

Washington has some defensive liabilities in the backcourt for Mabrey to exploit, as they’ve allowed 37 points per game over their past five contests to opposing backcourts.

Mabrey has seen her usage rate spike to 34% in the seven games since Sykes hit the injured list.

She’s cleared this number in five of the past seven without Sykes, and is averaging 27 PPG in two contests against the Mystics.

Play to -150.
