Basketball bettors get their hardwood fix heading into the weekend with three games on tonight’s WNBA board.
The Toronto Tempo visit the Connecticut Sun, the New York Liberty host the Washington Mystics, and the Minnesota Lynx and Golden State Valkyrie wrap up the night with a 10 p.m. ET tipoff.
I shop the player props for my best WNBA picks for June 19.

Aneesah Morrow Over 11.5 points (-115)
Connecticut Sun rookie forward Aneesah Morrow has been limited in action in her first two games back from a leg strain that cost her a pair of outings, including the June 10 matchup with the Toronto Tempo.
Morrow, who was averaging 26 minutes before the injury, played just 21 minutes in each contest with Indiana and Washington but could be ready to return to a normal workload after a couple days off.
She faces an injury depleted Tempo team that’s been roughed up around the rim in its first season. Toronto sits last in opponent points in the paint, with PITP rocketing to 48.0 on the road, and is also giving up a league-high second-chance points (14.9) as a visitor.
Morrow sits second in PITP for the Sun while leading the team in SCP, thanks to her work on the offensive glass. The LSU product is pulling in three offensive boards per outing (third in the WNBA), leading to easy putbacks.
Her models call for 10+ points over 21 minutes, but I expect more floor time from Morrow, with my forecast closer to 13 points tonight.

Marine Johannes Over 7.5 points (+100)
It’s a good time to be in the Big Apple and New York Liberty guard Marine Johannes loves playing inside the Barclays Center.
Johannes averages almost three 3-pointers on better than 47% shooting from beyond the arc at home, compared to just 36.8% from deep on the road.
She’s scored eight or more points in five of her last six homestands and could log extra minutes and touches if backcourt mate Betnijah Laney-Hamilton misses another game with knee pain.
Johannes enjoys playing against the Washington Mystics. In two outings, she’s scored a collective 33 points on 11-for-20 shooting, with eight of those makes coming from 3-point range.
The Mystics sit 13th in opponent 3-point success and give up the third most triples per game, with those defensive stats jumping from 9.0 to 9.9 3PMs allowed when on the road.

Natasha Howard Over 7.5 rebounds (-108)
Veteran forward Natasha Howard continues to hold down the Minnesota Lynx frontcourt while Napheesa Collier and Dorka Juhasz heal up.
She’s flirted with a double-double in two of her last three games and recorded 12 points and 10 rebounds against the Golden State Valkyries on June 4.
Golden State’s aggressiveness from outside leads to plenty of misses (especially against this Lynx's elite perimeter defense), with opponents hauling in more than 34 total boards per game (fourth most).
Minnesota is the top rebounding team in the WNBA, with Howard doing the heavy lifting. The Lynx collected 43 total rebounds in that last matchup with the Valkyries and game projections sit at 9.3 rebounds from Howard, which should have the Over 7.5 boards priced closer to -200.
