The primary reason I expect the Seattle Seahawks to cover as 4.5-point favorites is that their elite defense should shut down the New England Patriots.
New England's poor blocking and lack of offensive playmakers have been exposed in the playoffs, where the Pats have averaged just 4.3 yards per play with Drake Maye taking 15 sacks.
On the other side of the ball, Seattle could have a tough time running the ball against a stout Pats run defense. However, they should have more success through the air against a defense that finished the regular season 15th in the league in dropback success rate.
The Pats benefitted from piss-poor quarterback play the last two weeks, but that won't be the case against Sam Darnold, who's coming off his second-straight Pro Bowl season. He threw for 364 yards in the NFC Championship Game, and I expect him to eclipse his passing yards prop in the Super Bowl.
He'll throw plenty of passes to Cooper Kupp since No. 1 wideout Jaxon Smith-Njigba will be shadowed by Christian Gonzalez. Kupp had five catches for 60 yards in the Divisional Round before reeling in four of six targets for 36 yards in the NFC Championship.
