This number is too high. Yes, Chase Petty is making his season debut for the Reds, and his first taste of MLB opposition went extremely poorly last season. But he has at least some pedigree, and Cincinnati won't hang him out to dry. And Cubs SP Edward Cabrera has looked mostly sharp to start his season (3.06 ERA, 1.19 WHIP).
