On Tuesday, we have World Cup qualifying action with Serbia vs. England at the top of Group K, meeting in Belgrade.

It’s going to be a fearsome atmosphere for the Three Lions, who will extend their lead at the top of the group with a win. Our Serbia vs England predictions expect Thomas Tuchel’s men to get that victory.

Read on for my FIFA World Cup European Qualifying betting picks for Tuesday, September 9, with kickoff at 2:45 p.m. ET on Fubo.

Serbia vs England picks and predictions

My Serbia vs England best bet: England to win (-125 at Sports Interaction)

England fans were looking for the post-Gareth Southgate team to play expansive soccer and make the most use of their wide range of talented stars.

However, life under Thomas Tuchel hasn’t lived up to expectations yet, with England labouring under his stewardship and the team looking impotent in attack — something which seems almost impossible given the players at his disposal.

Serbia are second in Group K but trail England by five points with a game in hand, so a victory here would put them in a great position to take the group from the favorites.

The Serbs have yet to lose any of their three games and have kept clean sheets in every one. The problem is that England have to, and despite their struggles, they still have real quality.

The atmosphere at the Rajko Mitic Stadium will be unlike any that the England players have faced before, but they should win here.

England’s play under Tuchel has so far been horrific to watch, but there’s an argument he’s using games like Saturday’s 2-0 win over Andorra to implement a system that’ll be effective against the world’s elite — rather than swatting them aside — as fans would like to see.

Serbia vs England same-game parlay (SGP)

England to win

Under 2.5

Harry Kane to score

Odds of +700 on our Same-Game Parlay for Serbia vs. England are pretty attractive.

Neither of these teams have conceded in qualifying so far and there have been Under 2.5 goals in two of Serbia’s three qualifiers and three of England’s four.

One man who should score is Harry Kane, England’s talisman and record scorer, who has racked up 73 goals for his country. He’s on three in four qualifiers under Tuchel and is in good form with three goals in two league games for Bayern Munich so far this season.
