Yeah, hook the guys up......   $10 a piece is pretty good.      Alot of time they'll help you move stuff around and get setup the way you want.

I gave the two guy's $10 apiece for setting up the new bedroom furniture. If they just bring it in and set it down, I probably wouldn't, but if they put shit together, I would.

JERRY: So anyway, when they were in my house before, I didn't offer them anything to drink.

ELAINE: Well, they're real men, Jerry. They get sweaty.

JERRY: So, anyone sweaty comes into your house has to be offered a drink?

    ELAINE: Yes.

    Yes.

Once two dudes carried a king size bed up my narrow stairs that has a 180 degree turn.  Not quite sure how they did it or how I'll ever get it down.  I gave them twenty bucks.

I ordered a sectional from Macy's, paid for delivery, which I assume goes to paying the movers, no? I just offered them some beers which they took on the way out.

    It depends on the furniture.

If the furniture is big and heavy, then tip the guy.
If the furniture is small and light, then probably not.

I once drove my Ford Ranger into this ditch in the middle of a snow storm on Christmas Eve (leaving a liquor store).  Guys at the gas station saved my ass BIG time....not only that, they got it out without any damage.  I bought 'em each a 12 pack in addition to gladly paying the bill.

If I'm paying for delivery, I won't tip if it's something pretty simple (5 minutes or so).  If it's more complicated or involves setting something up, then I'd be more open to it.

Two guys delivered my 5pc bedroom set  and this was in the evening on a wet drizzling day and set up and rearranged the whole room. They spent roughly an hour and a half on the whole thing. Tipped them $20 each which they were incredibly appreciative and sandwiches.

Yes, especially if it's heavy. Tip them $20, but make sure they take away the cardboard, foam, and plastic wrapping.

always tip.  just look at it this way, if you were the one doing that job, would you want to be tipped?   Besides tipping people makes you feel good inside.  Its only money, make more tomorrow.

how about we tip the cashier at the store for being extra nice???
WTF is up with the tipping EVERYONE
If they do something EXTRA, then by all means tip the man, but delivering furniture that you paid for as well as paid to be delivered???? no way
only if they set up the stuff/move things around for you
