Baltimore's two-way profile gives the Ravens enough of an edge against the Colts, who have Daniel Jones back after an Achilles tear.

Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens begin their 2026 campaign against Daniel Jones and the Indianapolis Colts at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday afternoon, with the visitors priced as slim 3.5-point favorites.

My Ravens vs. Colts predictions and NFL picks expect Baltimore to come out on top at Lucas Oil Stadium behind their Jackson-led offense and a defense that added key pieces over the offseason.

Early Ravens vs Colts spread pick: Ravens -3.5

Kalshi probability: 50%

The Baltimore Ravens get a favorable matchup in Week 1. Daniel Jones is returning from an Achilles tear, and while he’s expected to be healthy for the opener, there's always some uncertainty about a player after an injury that serious.

Lamar Jackson’s explosive-play ability should cause real issues for the Indianapolis Colts defense, while Derrick Henry remains a major weapon. Baltimore improved defensively this summer, most notably by adding Trey Hendrickson. The pass rush should force Jones into uncomfortable passing downs.

Playing on the road in Indianapolis is never easy, and the Colts are no pushover. I don’t expect Baltimore to cover this number by much, but its two-way profile is strong enough to get the job done in Week 1.

Play this up to 56%.

Early Ravens vs Colts total pick: Under 47.5

Kalshi probability: 49%

I like the Under. Jones is returning from a serious injury, and Baltimore’s pass rush has the ability to make his life difficult on Sunday, which should limit Indy's offensive efficiency at Lucas Oil Stadium.

I don’t believe Baltimore will have major issues scoring, but Indianapolis had a respectable defensive profile last season, especially against the run. That means the Ravens may not simply bully their way through this matchup on the ground.

Baltimore still has weapons downfield, but if the run game is tougher to establish, consistent sustained drives may be harder to come by, which will help keep this game Under the total.

Play up to 55%.
