Seahawks TNF computer picks

Sam Darnold Over 223.5 passing yards (-115)

Projection: 247.7 yards

Darnold is 1-2 against this number through three games, but our projections like him to go Over tonight against a weak (and banged up) Cardinals pass defense.

Alternate-total bet
250+ yards (+170) - Shows a little bit of value.

Kenneth Walker III Over 52.5 rushing yards (-110)

Projection: 54.59 yards

Our projections have Walker just barely going Over his rushing total tonight, with his workload questionable as Zach Charbonnet is back.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba Over 84.5 receiving yards

Projection: 87.34 yards

There's no concern over Seattle's star receiver, as we're forecasting him to nudge past his total for the fourth straight game.

A.J. Barner Over 17.5 receiving yards (-110)

Projection: 21.88 yards

Seattle doesn't rely much on its tight ends, but we are projecting Barner to hit 20+ yards for the third consecutive contest.

Cardinals TNF computer picks

Kyler Murray Over 214.5 passing yards (-110)

Projection: 251.66 yards

Kyler has topped this number once through his first three matchups, but our projections expect him to have a big game against the Seahawks.

Alternate-total bet
250+ yards (+230) - This price shows tremendous value, as does the +115 price for 225+ pass yards.

Trey Benson Over 21.5 receiving yards (-110)

Projection: 23.1 yards

The newly minted RB1 for the Cardinals is forecasted to chip in the passing game tonight, just sliding past his receiving yardage total.

Marvin Harrison Jr. Over 46.5 receiving yards (-110)

Projection: 60.07 yards

It's been a disappointing start to MHJ's season, though our projections like him to have a solid game tonight, easily surpassing his yardage line.

Alternate-total bet
60+ yards (+165) - This price shows good value. If you want a safer plus-money bet, 50+ yards is available at even money.

Trey McBride Over 65.5 receiving yards (-120)

Projection: 71.21 yards

Arizona's most reliable pass catcher, we project McBride to go past his yardage total tonight.
