As the Philadelphia Eagles look to reassert their Super Bowl credentials, they’ll have a prime opportunity against a New York Giants squad that continues to struggle across the board.

Our Eagles vs. Giants predictions highlight this matchup as a potential breakout game for Saquon Barkley.

Eagles vs Giants TNF predictions

Eagles vs Giants TNF best bets

Eagles Eagles -7

-120 at bet365

I think the Eagles will look a lot like the team that ranked second in average scoring margin last season at +10.9. This shapes up to be their lightest opponent of the season to date, and a statement win should be a priority following their first loss of the season.

Eagles/ Giants Under 40.5

-110 at bet365

Four of the Giants’ five games this season have stayed Under 40 points. Expect lots of stops from the Eagles defense and a heavy rush attack to drain the clock, which will keep the scoring down.

Eagles vs Giants TNF TD picks

Eagles Jalen Hurts anytime touchdown

-120 at bet365

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts hasn't scored a touchdown in his last two games. That said, his anytime touchdown prop is mispriced when you consider his long-term production and the New York Giants' poor defense.

Hurts is one of the most mobile quarterbacks in the league, and he rushed for 19 touchdowns during the regular season and playoffs last year. Despite not scoring in the last two weeks, the Eagles pivot has still scored a TD in 14 of his last 19 games.

Philadelphia should be able to move the ball against a Giants stop unit that ranks 26th in the league in defensive EPA. Once the Eagles get near the goal line, expect Hurts to push his way into the end zone.

Eagles vs Giants TNF props

Eagles Saquon Barkley Over 84.5 rushing yards

-114 at bet365

Much has been made of a slow start in 2025 for Saquon Barkley and that’s very much justified as he’s only averaging 53.4 rushing yards per game.

However, he’s yet to face a rushing defense as poor as the New York Giants', which ranks 29th in yards per rush attempt allowed. That ranking for the Giants is even worse when you consider they still haven’t faced an elite running back this season.

New York could be in a lot of trouble against their former teammate as Barkley absolutely went off against them in their lone head-to-head last season, rushing for an insane 176 yards on just 17 attempts.

Some might scoff at the motivation factor for Barkley, but I think those 176 yards are good evidence that he was eager to face his former team. There’s no reason not to expect a similar mindset, especially after coming off a loss in Week 5.

Don’t be surprised to see Barkley break a big one or two as the Giants have already allowed five runs of 20+ yards, which is the fourth-most in the NFL entering Week 6.

It is a short week, but Barkley’s coming off a game where he only had six rush attempts. He had 18 or more in his previous four games this season, so he should be relatively fresh.

Barkley has been limited in practice this week due to general soreness, but it’s been reported that he fully expects to play.
