The 2025 NFL Draft is done and done, meaning we can now look ahead to the class of 2026.

This year's draft was a little light on quarterbacks... but that shouldn't be a problem next year with Arch Manning, Drew Allar, and current Heisman Trophy favorite Garrett Nussmeier all among the likely QBs available.

There's a lot of football (both professional and collegiate) to happen between now and the first pick of 2026 being on the clock but here are the opening NFL Draft odds for next season — with one quarterback already making a big jump up the odds board.

Who is most likely to go first overall in the 2026 NFL Draft?

Arch Manning

No surprise here.

The highly-touted nephew of Peyton and Eli Manning, Arch is the favorite to be the No. 1 selection in the 2026 NFL Draft, currently at 2/1. Don’t be surprised, however, if Manning opts to return to Texas for his senior year.

Drew Allar

Allar will be the guy who skyrockets up boards when the draft cycle begins. He’s got all the tools NFL teams are looking for when selecting quarterbacks high in the draft. Unfortunately, those tools haven’t always shown up during his time at Penn State. Maybe that will change this year.

Garrett Nussmeier

Nussmeier could have been the second quarterback selected in this year’s draft class... but he chose to return to LSU to improve his draft stock. While he has a big arm, his accuracy varies at times and he’ll have to build up a slender frame.

LaNorris Sellers

The South Carolina quarterback is my pick to make the Cam Ward leap this season, as he has the type of arm and athleticism that will have draft scouts salivating. If he can lead the Gamecocks to a good season, it wouldn’t shock me at all to see him be selected No. 1 overall.

And I’m not alone: He’s already moved from +3000 to +950 to be the No. 1 overall pick.

Cade Klubnik

It’s been a wild ride for Klubnik. It was easy for Clemson to move on from DJ Uiagalelei because they thought Klubnik was going to be that good.

However, his time at Clemson got off to a rough start, as the Tigers lost four games for the first time since 2011 in his first year as the starting QB. He improved greatly last season and showed off his NFL-level arm, taking Clemson to the CFP. Another deep playoff run could vault Klubnik into the top pick conversation.

How to bet on the 2026 NFL Draft

Sportsbooks will post odds for the player to go first overall in the draft as soon as the previous year's draft is over. Once the college football season begins in September, these odds could change weekly depending on how players are performing as well as the evaluations of trusted draftniks such as Mel Kiper Jr.

In addition, this NFL futures bet may also take into account the team needs of the worst team(s) in the NFL.

After the NCAA football season is over, NFL Draft odds will solidify after key events such as the underclassmen declaration deadline, the NFL Scouting Combine, and pro days. In the weeks leading up to the draft, sportsbooks will offer more NFL Draft prop bets.

Understanding NFL Draft odds

The odds of going first overall in the NFL Draft will typically look like this:

  • Arch Manning +200

This means that if you placed a $100 bet on Manning, you would win $200 if the Longhorns QB goes first overall in 2026. When you get closer to the draft and there is a consensus on who will go first overall, you might see a player with a minus sign (-) ahead of his odds, like this:

  • Carson Beck -550

This means you'd have to bet $550 to win $100 on Beck being drafted first overall.
