It’s certainly not appointment viewing for the front end of Week 4’s Monday Night Football doubleheader between the New York Jets and Miami Dolphins.

About the only way to tune into this battle of two teams trying to avoid a 0-4 start is if you’ve got some bets on the game... and that’s where we come in.

Read below for my free Jets vs. Dolphins anytime touchdown picks for this September 29 matchup.

Jets anytime touchdown pick

Justin Fields (+180 at bet365)

Justin Fields is back after clearing concussion protocol, missing last week’s loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Last time we saw Fields, he was being completely shut down in a 30-10 demolition by the Bills, as he was just 3-for-11 for 27 yards.

The only notable success he had on that day was his ability to run the ball, carrying it five times for 49 yards. He also ran for 48 yards in Week 1 with a pair of scores against the Steelers.

Miami’s run defense hasn’t been great, allowing a healthy 4.5 yards per carry and also allowing four rushing scores on the season.

Of those, three have been from quarterbacks. Fields is a good candidate for QB score No. 4 against the Fins.

Dolphins anytime touchdown pick

Tyreek Hill (-165 at bet365)

He still might be on his way out, but the talk of Tyreek Hill’s demise in this league as a star receiver after a rough Week 1 is a little overblown.

He picked up a 100-yard receiving game in a loss to the Patriots, then looked spry catching his first TD of the season in Buffalo on Thursday night.

Hill has had TD catches in two of his last three games against the Jets and has six total TDs in eight career games vs. Gang Green.

New York is sixth-worst in the NFL in yards per reception at 11.7, and it's allowed five TD receptions on the year, so there’s a chance Hill can stretch the defense and get over the top.

Hill has also scored a TD in five of his last six games against teams on a losing streak.
