When these teams met in January, the Providence Friars dropped 93 points despite a single-digit scoring output from Jaylin Sellers.
Providence should once again fly past its team total against a Creighton Blue Jays' defense ranked 303rd in eFG% defense since January 1.
The Bluejays rank 335th in turnover rate forced and 338th in 3-point defense in that timeframe. That won’t get the job done against a Providence offense ranked 21st in adjusted offensive efficiency and 19th in adjusted tempo.
The Friars will get easy baskets via dribble penetration and offensive rebounds, and hit their team total for the 19th time in 26 games.

Providence big man Oswin Erhunmwunse pulled down 13 rebounds against Creighton and has double-digit rebounds in nine of his last 11 games. He’s posted a ridiculous 16.3% offensive rebound rate in Big East play, in addition to a 23.5% defensive rebound rate.
Creighton shoots an extremely high rate of 3-point attempts, and ranks just 327th in offensive rebound rate since conference play started. Given the high tempo this game should see, there will be plenty of missed efforts for the Providence forward to haul in.

Both Josh Dix and Nik Graves connected on multiple deep shots.
