The Blue Devils took it on the chin against another Big Ten team, the Purdue Boilermakers, in a neutral-floor game this past weekend. They will be hungry to put on a show for the home folks while getting back on track.

The Buckeyes are back in the Top 25 after a solid week, taking two out of three games in the Maui Invitational, and finishing in fifth place at the Lahaina Civic Center.
Ohio State roughed up Cincinnati by 28 points, and it topped Texas Tech by seven, bouncing back after an opening-game setback against a good San Diego State side.
Duke had a horrific shooting performance at the Moda Center in Portland on Sunday afternoon against high-flying Purdue.
The Blue Devils fell 75-56, shooting just 36% (21 of 58) from the floor. Duke was even worse from downtown, hitting just 11% (2 of 19), and that’s been the case all season. The Blue Devils are hitting at just a 29.1% clip this season from behind the 3-point line, a dismal 320th in the nation.
Ohio State is playing with a little more confidence and cohesiveness right now, while Duke is having issues jelling, as there is a lot of talent but not a lot of chemistry. It will come, but it is slowly working Dereck Lively II into the rotation, and the minutes and roles are being slightly adjusted.
The Buckeyes are a good play catching three buckets, even in a very hostile environment.

Ohio State vs Duke spread analysis
Ohio State has covered back-to-back games for the first time this season, and it is coming off perhaps its most complete game against a good defensive Texas Tech team.
The Buckeyes offense is cooking, posting back-to-back 80-plus point performances against the Bearcats and Red Raiders.
Duke had a season-low 54 points against Oregon State on Thursday, grinding out a 3-point win and failing to come close to covering a 21.5-point spread. In fact, the Blue Devils are just 1-2 ATS in the past three games as a favorite of five or more points.
The Blue Devils cannot be trusted to cover right now, as the offense is having a lot of difficulty with consistency. Duke is shooting a dismal 41.7% from the field, ranking No. 289 in the nation, and it is even hitting just 74.6% from the free-throw line to rank 63rd. Duke is just not doing any one thing particularly well on offense.
Ohio State vs Duke Over/Under analysis
Well, the one thing that the Blue Devils actually have been doing is throwing a blanket on the opposition. Duke is allowing just 57.0 PPG to rank No. 18 while limiting the opposition to just 27.5% from behind the 3-point line (44th).
With offensive struggles and a good brand of defense, it probably comes as no surprise to anybody that the Under is 7-1 so far for the Blue Devils.
The Buckeyes have been adequate on the offensive end, although this isn’t a very good 3-point shooting team either at 34.1%. Defensively, Ohio State has also had it on lockdown, yielding just 61.0 PPG, while limiting the opposition to 26.0%, No. 24 in the country.
The Under is 5-2 in the Buckeyes' past seven road games, the Under is 4-0 in the past four games overall for the Blue Devils. All trends are pointing to a low-scoring game played at a snail’s pace.
This will be a defensive battle, so taking the underdog Buckeyes coupled with the Under 136.5 (-110) makes for a nice little parlay opportunity.
