It’s a 1-game spread in the NBA, with all basketball eyes tuned in North of the border as the Toronto Raptors host the New York Knicks at Scotiabank Arena.

There’s plenty of star power on both sides, with plenty of NBA player props worth considering.

Check out our free NBA picks and Raptors vs Knicks predictions below, beginning with Toronto’s Scottie Barnes seamlessly assuming point-forward duties on Monday, December 9.

Raptors vs Knicks player props for December 9

Prop bet #1: Scottie Barners Over 7.5 assists

-125 at bet365

Now in his fourth year, Scottie Barnes has morphed into the point forward the team envisioned when making him the fourth pick of the 2021 NBA Draft.

While the Toronto Raptors couldn't beat Dallas last game, Barnes finished with a career-high 14 assists to go along with his 19 points and eight boards.

An orbital bone injury has limited him to only 13 games this year, but he’s been a willing setup man running offense for the Raptors.

Barnes has led the Raptors in assists in five straight games, and has had at least seven dimes in seven straight contests.

The beat should go on Monday against the New York Knicks.

Prop bet #2: Karl-Anthony Towns Over 11.5 rebounds

-135 at bet365

Through 21 games with the Knicks, Karl-Anthony Towns has fit in just fine, helping New York to its current fourth-place seeding in the East.

KAT is averaging 25.2 points per game, which is the second-highest clip in his career (and sits 12th in the Association) while averaging 13.2 boards (second), which would be a career-best.

Only twice this year has he been held under 10 rebounds in a game, and Towns has had at least 12 in 10 of his last 12 contests.

This will be his first time meeting the Raptors as a member of the Knicks. He’s faced off with Toronto just three times in the previous three seasons, hitting double-digit boards in all three, so expect him to be around the number again.

Prop bet #3: OG Anunoby Over 2.5 made threes

+110 at bet365

Anyone else big on sentimental homecomings? Expect plenty of cheer at Scotiabank Arena when OG Anunoby gets announced as a visitor for the first time — he was inactive when the Knicks played in Toronto in late March.

He’s rediscovered his 3-point stroke of late: after a three-game stretch where he went 0-for-15 from distance, he’s rebounded by going 9-for-19 over the last three games, a crisp 47.3% clip.

OG has also been very comfortable shooting the money ball on the road, hitting 45.8% from beyond the arc compared to 38.2% overall.
