NASCAR Cup Series odds are on the board again after a week off as the drivers head to the midwest for a showdown at Iowa Speedway.
The race looks wide-open, at least if you're trying to beat the troika of Ryan Blaney, Christopher Bell, and Denny Hamlin.

Sleeper pick to win: Joey Logano
9% at Kalshi
Joey Logano was on the outside looking in for the playoffs just three races ago. Since then, he's reeled off three straight Top 10s, topped by a dominant victory at North Wilkesboro.
This recent success should continue at Iowa Speedway, where Logano has recorded two Top 10s over the first two Cup Series visits to the 7/8-mile oval.
The distance makes Iowa unique, but it was modeled after Richmond Raceway, and good form there can carry over. While Logano hasn't won at Richmond since 2017, he's been a fixture in the Top 10 with 11 such finishes in his last 15 visits.

Sleeper pick to win: Chase Briscoe
9% at Kalshi
Chase Briscoe is another driver enjoying a strong second half of the campaign. He's hit the Top 5 in four of his last five overall, with the exception coming at Atlanta due to a wreck.
Briscoe was a solid second at Iowa last year with 81 laps led and a stage placing.
Since switching to Toyota last year, Briscoe has six Top 10s in nine short-track attempts. Take out some dull runs at Martinsville, and the hit rate jumps to 6-for-7. That includes a strong third-place effort at North Wilkesboro in his last such try.

Sleeper pick to win: Bubba Wallace
3% at Kalshi
Bubba Wallace has alternated Top 10s with non-Top 20s across his last eight races, with a Top 10 seemingly "due" at Iowa following a bad run at Indianapolis. We're not backing Bubba solely on the basis of this pattern, however, where it should be noted that two of his non-Top 20s came at Sonoma (road course) and Atlanta (drafting track).
Wallace improved off a 17th-place Iowa debut (with one stage placing) to be sixth in 2025. Recent results at Richmond, Iowa's sister track, are even more encouraging, at least after you do some digging.
The No. 23 driver ran fourth there in 2024, and settled for 28th in 2025 despite leading 123 laps and winning a stage while placing second in another. The culprit was a late pit-road disaster due to a loose wheel.
