Yankees at Nationals SGP: Rice stays hot
Ben Rice has been smashing baseballs. He's clubbed five home runs in his last seven games while carrying a .556 ISO during that span. He'll face Miles Mikolas this afternoon, who has given up 2.77 HR/9 across his last two starts.
Cam Schlittler has struck out 9.75 hitters per nine across his previous two outings, and he's comfortably cleared today's total in three of his last four appearances.
With the Yankees sending their ace in Schlittler to the hill and the Nats going with Mikolas, who has surrendered 13 earned runs in his last two outings, New York is a clear pick here.

Phillies at Tigers SGP: Pitcher's duel in Detroit
The total is set at just 7.5 in this game, and that's due to the matchup on the hill. Cristopher Sanchez and Casey Mize will go at it. While Sanchez had a tough outing last time out, he still owns a 2.62 ERA and has allowed one run or fewer in two of his last four appearances.
Mize, meanwhile, has a 2.45 FIP across his last two starts, and that lowers to 2.14 at home. The righty is also consistently pounding the strike zone, cashing the Under in walks allowed in three of his last four.
Kevin McGonigle is in the midst of a five-game hitting streak, and he's swung it well against lefties, batting .283.

Diamondbacks at Dodgers SGP: Pfaadt continues to deal
Brandon Pfaadt owns a 3.11 FIP over his last two outings while allowing just 0.87 HR/9. The right-hander recently returned from injury, but he's surrendered just one earned run across those two appearances. He faced the Los Angeles Dodgers in early June and allowed just two earned runs.
With Yoshinobu Yamamoto also on the mound, this profiles to be a low-scoring affair. He has a 2.89 xERA across the last month, and both of these bullpens are in good form. LA's pen has a 3.65 FIP in the last week, while Arizona's relief corps has a 2.60 FIP during that span. Both are limiting the home run as well.
Mookie Betts has a hit in back-to-back games, and he holds a real advantage in this matchup. He's 10-for-24 lifetime against Pfaadt.
