The Midsummer Classic opens with an incredible pitching matchup with Paul Skenes facing off against Tarik Skubal, and I have plus-money bets for both hurlers in my MLB All-Star Game prop picks.

Find those MLB picks plus an anytime home run prop bet for someone to hit a bomb in the 2025 MLB All-Star Game on Tuesday, July 15. And be sure to check out my MLB All-Star Game predictions ahead of first pitch tonight.

MLB All-Star Game props for July 15

Paul Skenes: Over 1.5 strikeouts

+165 at Caesars

Paul Skenes has been phenomenal despite having to pitch for the Pittsburgh Pirates.

The 23-year-old right-hander is making his second career All-Star Game start in just his second big league season. Skenes finished the first half in the 96th percentile in expected ERA and the 84th in strikeout rate.

Now, All-Star lineups are just that, and can be tough to navigate. But if any pitcher

Skenes will start by facing Gleyber Torres, Riley Greene, Aaron Judge, and the Big Dumper and Derby Champ, Cal Raleigh.

Torres is the only one in the Top 4 of the AL’s lineup who is statistically difficult to strike out. The other three profile as traditional power hitters, where big swings also mean big misses, each ranking in the Bottom 25% in strikeout rate, with Greene in the fourth percentile.

This is an All-Star Game. Let’s have some fun. So, give me Skenes Over 1.5 strikeouts at nice plus money.

Tarik Skubal: Over 1.5 strikeouts

+140 at Caesars

Screw it. Let’s double-dip and do the same thing with Tarik Skubal.

The Detroit Tigers ace's strikeout rate sits at a big 33.4% and is in the 95th percentile this season, as he has struck out 10 or more batters six times in his last 10 starts.

Shohei Ohtani will lead off and be followed by hometown hero Ronald Acuna Jr., Ketel Marte, and Freddie Freeman hitting cleanup.

For all of Ohtani’s greatness, he ranks in the 26th percentile in strikeout rate, while Acuna is also in the Bottom 25%. Even Freeman has seen his K-numbers tick up this season, sitting in the 45th percentile. Ohtani and Freeman will also be at a splits disadvantage against the southpaw.

We’re getting plus money for one of the best strikeout artists in the game to put up multiple Ks in the first. Let’s ride.

Junior Caminero: Anytime HR

+1000 at Caesars

In my All-Star game predictions, I wrote about how Clayton Kershaw is expected to get the second inning.

The future Hall of Famer has made 10 starts for the Dodgers, ranking in the 45th percentile in xERA and the 27th in xBA.

Kershaw is also getting rocked while not striking anyone out. He ranks in the 25th percentile in average exit velocity, the 13th in hard-hit percentage, and the 14th in strikeout rate.

Who better to take him yard than Tampa Bay Rays third baseman Junior Caminero, who bats seventh for the AL and is likely to get a matchup against Kershaw.

Caminero has 23 home runs, and we saw how comfortable he was hitting in Truist Park in Monday night’s Home Run Derby, narrowly getting beaten out by Cal Raleigh in the finals.

The Rays slugger has his swing in a good place, and it’s expected to be another warm night in Atlanta, meaning the ball should carry. Let’s take a swing at a moonshot for Caminero tonight.

It's not an interesting story. Seriously.<
