The online sportsbook, casino, and prediction market company announced an expanded agreement with IC360 on Tuesday to deploy the company's full suite of integrity technology across DraftKings Sportsbook and DraftKings Predictions.

Protecting players
ProhiBet Bad Actors will allow DraftKings to identify users who harass, threaten, or abuse athletes, coaches, and officials and can suspend or ban accounts. The operator can also share that information with sports leagues, teams, and law enforcement.
“DraftKings is built for entertainment, and we want sports fans to have fun and enjoy the games they love in a responsible way,” said Lori Kalani, chief responsible gaming officer at DraftKings. “There is no place for harassment of athletes or attempts to manipulate sports markets in our industry. Our work with IC360 gives us additional tools to identify and address this type of conduct and uphold the integrity of sports.”
Fanatics Sportsbook became the first operator to add ProhiBet Bad Actors to its platform in June. The NCAA has been calling for help across the industry to prevent harassment of college athletes, reporting that 7% of all Division I male players said they received negative or threatening messages from bettors in 2025.
NCAA president Charlie Baker asked state regulators and lawmakers to ban college player props, which he says lead to increased abuse. MLB players have also spoken out about harassment from sports bettors in recent years.
Serious integrity
ProhiTrade is designed to protect the integrity of DraftKings Predictions, which launched in late 2025 and is available across the U.S., although sports event contracts aren’t offered in all jurisdictions.
IC360’s trading-integrity technology will help prevent people involved in sporting events, as well as those with access to material nonpublic information, from using that knowledge to profit from prediction markets.
“ProhiTrade gives DraftKings the same institutional-grade insider-risk controls trusted by leading exchanges and prediction market operators,” the company said in the release.
IC360’s ProhiBet and Integrity Monitoring allow DraftKings to screen accounts of banned users and provide real-time monitoring of betting and trading activity to identify unusual behavior. The tools will help DraftKings’ compliance team respond more quickly to suspected violations.
“DraftKings has always been an industry leader, and this agreement reflects the seriousness with which they treat integrity across all of their platforms,” Schempp said. “As consumer market offerings continue to expand, operators and exchanges need systems that work fluently across all verticals.”
Massive reach
DraftKings is among the top two in U.S. sports betting market share. The operator offers online and/or retail sports wagering in more than 30 jurisdictions, including New York, Illinois, and New Jersey, the three most lucrative markets in the country.
IC360 has partnerships with multiple operators, and the integrity monitoring company also works with NCAA sports, the PGA Tour, and other prediction market operators like Kalshi, Polymarket, and Novig.
