Pitt is 6-1 vs Cubbies this year. Cubbies got the pitching advantage today, but they haven't won a single road game when they've been -125 or higher favorites(0-7). Cubbies bats haven't been hitting great lately either... over the last 10 games, cubbies only scored 3+ runs a few times, but i'm a lil worried becuz it was against 2 decent pitchers, oswalt(8-5) and billingsley(5-8). Although they didn't win yesterday, after facing  The FREAK, i would like to think Pitt's bats should be able and ready to handle Silvia's stuff.. With all that being said... i'm starting off they day with.....

too bad about the Pirates. They are very unpredictable and tend to win and lose when you least expect it.

Tonight I think there is value in playing Texas at home since they are virtually invincible there and can run up the scoreboard. I also like the under in Oakland. LAA 8.5. 
The Rockies look good at home but too much wood and not sure about the RL.

My POD is the NYY -1 1/2 (chasing them for a -2 1/2 in the series) also playing LAA ml.

Capskip, I agree with the BOS MIN WAS ov 8 1/2  picks . I'm holding off of the WAS gm ( tricky Pirates) , and leanning towards LAA tm ov.
