The formula is 8-1 for the year so far : 4-0 playing the over and 4-1 playing the under. 

Playing the over is the way to go which makes sense : there is a lot more room playing the over and you don't have to wait until the end of the game to find out whether you won or not. Also, if the teams go overtime, the overtime will only help the over and never the under.

I usually wait until the first week of June before I start using this approach. Another 2 weeks to go

Man...I am taking a beating lately.  Perfect games, unearned runs, Dice-K & Zito pretending it's 2007...hurts.

There's really not much in terms of the system today.  The only two games over +2 are:

CLE @ KC  +3.8
Huff vs Greinke (yeah, I'll pass)

TEX vs OAK  +2.8
Wilson vs Sheets

I like TEX here - they've been hitting well lately, and Sheets has a 13.50/2.63/.446 line in three road starts this year.  Meanwhile, CJ Wilson has been ridiculous at home - including last year's stats as a reliever, he's given up 6 ER over 62 innings.  OAK is a weak offense to begin with and are still without their best bat (Suzuki) - plus they're toward the bottom against lefties (.226 AVG) & on the road (.242 AVG).

I'm taking the SDG padres +154 for the sweep today.   Pads swept them last series.... and there's not much evidence to make me think they cant do it again... Pads win 40%-50% of the time when they are +150 or higher underdogs.. and not to mention they are 6-1 vs Lefties with a pretty good bullpen...  I like my odds, this is more of a  gut feeling play than anything else....

CLE: 99.2  L  Huff (1-4, 4.60 ERA)        1.50  1.60  3.70  W3  +3.8
KAN: 95.4  R Greinke (0-4, 2.51 ERA) 1.05  1.55  4.45 L7

I think there is good value in CLE +180 vs KC-200 as well... KC just straight up stucks this year... I know Greinke is on, but KC is 1-6 vs lefties with horrible bullpen... Considering dropping a small amount of coin on CLE.

is it possible that new "rules" are in order now as added filters? maybe slugging %?  I think the weather has something to do with the runs scored..  just speculating

Back to the drawing board...   Trend is still strong with 11 teams outta 12 winning... problem was they won it in game 2 not game 3...

might even go 12 for 12 if Oak takes it to extra innings...
