My top play for today : Milwaukee -1

Odds: -160

 

This is the bet I am posting for my record. The bet I will actually make is a different one

I am making 2 bets : one bet on the ML and one bet on the -2.5 spread. The bet on the ML is for insurance purposes. I am betting the ML to break even and the rest on the -2.5 spread

In order to win this bet, Milwaukee needs to win by 3 or more. Greedy but worth a try

You're not rambling at all. I agree with what you are saying. My concern is that 1 game should not affect the overall stats of any team that much.

Just an observation here but one game is not the only game that effects power rankings. Example: Washington is affected by not only the most recent game but also those by Phi, NYM, Milk, Col and LA.

Yeah like I said, MIL has every advantage...but we thought the same when we bet against Carmona and his career vs OAK that included a 6.97 ERA/1.97 WHIP/.323 BAA prior to his 7.1 IP/1 ER/0 BB performance in OAK.

It's definitely not a bad pick, that's not what I'm saying at all.  I just think there are a couple of subtle reasons to stay away.  I've been wrong before though...

Hart - I only highlighted the matchups I thought were the best.  A lot of people believe tonight's MIL/PIT pitching matchup is the best of them all.  Hard to argue:

PIT is 0-21 in their last 21 @ MIL
PIT is 0-9 in Duke's last 9 road starts in MIL
PIT is 1-7 in Gallardo's last 8 starts against them

They moved it because they think you are up to something?

Is it impossible for anyone to just discuss a system and offer picks without being accused of going tout?  So you used a site as a reference...big deal.

Can anyone tell me where  this "website promotion" is found? I don't see it....Are they trying to remove this thread? That would be very unfair.  Might as be in Communist China!

A thread like this would bother a lot of people : casinos, touts, etc...
