All the happy guys, I have a friendly advise: in the future wait till the game is over not to ridicule yourselves. You did not see me, or other Washington Redskins backers dancing in the streets after the first quarter- did you? This is said without taking a shot at your dignity and with attempt to help getting rid of those habits of mourning each loss and jumping off the roof into the pool full of beer after each win. This is an ice cold business and if you're nerves aren't up for this - you'll hurt your health in long run running on emotional fuel. Chill!

What is everyone's thoughts on Denver and LA over? Both meets this year resulted in over 213 each. This is a pretty high basketball total and am not sure if I have ever seen the books have something higher than this. With Denver coming off a game last night, I would expect a bit of fatigue and less effort on defense. In addition, lakers are one of the worst transition defense teams in the league And Denver will just keep breaking on them. I think all signs point to the over, but am just weary on pulling the trigger because it is pretty damn high for an average NBa game. Wanted to get your opinions.

If I read correctly your argument is somewhat flawed-
If Denver is fatigued and will play with less effort on defense wouldn't that also suggest that they will not be breaking well the other way on the Lakers?
I myself have the lakers and under together with under second half miami 94.5 and -6 miami- hope it works.

Thanks everyone for participating today. We had two painful losses in NFL and the losses are losses. By justifying them with an injured RG3 or the Ravens lay down on third and long in the first quarter - books aren't going to refund our bets. So, the bottom line is we're 1-2 with slightly a more than a unit loss due ton temporary upgrade of the units on a first half bet on the Ravens. I too have to disconnect myself from what was and look at what is. So far the only game for tonight is the Lakers - Denver and the line is constantly moving in the direction of a "straight move" when the public support and line are both in the same direction. But those are the fakers we're talking about and I will wait little bit more to see the tweets from the teams and a pregame show hunting for the clues if the Lakers are really intending to play defense tonight.
Today, unfortunately - I did not have a chance to respond to all the legit questions and queries. That won't happen again. It is very important for me to maintain the community aspect of this thread
