Well I assumed you might have bet Denver because you were equating two mooses:

1) One in which Seattle HAD the ball and chose not to run it on the one only to have it INT'd

with

2) The Jets who also had the ball and the cover and the ONLY way they could blow the cover in that spot is a pick 6. Of course 95% of the time the defender goes down but he decided to take it in to blow the COVER (when the win itself wasn't in question like the Seattle game).

I had a problem with the analysis. Why? This thread has 42,000 views and they are reading that the Clips are deep from the guy who is 'living the dream'. That is a bit more than a typo. What's an evening out look like? All I recall about Vegas is high priced drinks and crazy long lines for the clubs with girls taking precedent.

Variance will indeed rear it's ugly head at some point.  Although I usually find variance to be less troubling in Sports Wagering.

If I'm sitting at a Blackjack table and have my bet pressed to max, the dealer will always show me a pair of Eights which, of course, must be split and you probably know the rest of this story.  I get another Eight which, of course, must be split.  And a Three follows which, of course, must be doubled.  And the dealer with a Six showing, of course, reveals a Five and promptly spanks that Eleven with a Ten and rakes the table.

Variance is a BIITCH!!!!!

I really think that Sports Wagering is a different breed of gambling.  You can control variance to a degree when you adjust your bankroll according to winning and losing streaks.

For example, tonight, CG rakes two games for Three in a row at $550 / $500.  My reaction is, "Hey fantastic", BUT...  In my mind you are throwing away $100 bills by not pressing your wagers to $660 / $600 or $770 / $700. 

Don't mean to bloviate in your thread CG (like others who shall remain nameless) but, dammit boy, you are fukking up by not taking total advantage of your winning streak.

Yes, CG can expect some variance because he absolutely WILL NOT sustain a 65% Win percentage.  It will eventually settle down to high 50's some time in fukking April.  But until it does, please, press on this winning streak.
