With the help of a respected covers member, I found a new and totally legit low risk way of being up and running on Pinnacle and Matchbook in about an hour.
I cant believe it really.
Bitcoin is really the driver - but incredibly interesting opportunity to the average American sports gambler.
I am going through some beta tests with it now - but it sure looks totally legit. And I will give this info - free of charge - to everyone here except for those who slandered me in this thread or made up usernames like vanzacksux. My feelings are very hurt and I wont accept this slanderous slander.

well theres mistake number 2 on your part. If you cap a game as a 1/2 point game, then you have no business playing that game and for sure without any doubts, you should not be betting it for 10x.
a 1/2 point difference on a game should be an automatic pass. why would you be playing such a game.
You are not capping a game within a .5 pt per se, in this instance. You are cappng them to win. Taking an NBA line down from 1.5 to 1 or 2.5 2 is essentially taking them to win or push and there are instances where you can do this for large amounts of money. I've done it many times. Same applies to football in certain instances when capping an outright win which can be done.

Scal, your logic is so flawed, i dont even know where to begin with you. Taking a team down from 2- to 2 is not like taking them to win.
All am gonna say is if you need to buy a half point to make your bet feel safer, then you should not be betting that game, thats the bottomline.
An like i said if buying point hurt books, you would never be able to do it. They never give us the advantage.
If buying half points works for you, then you are the rare gambler out there doing it
