I vaguely remember Victoria Azarenka played a match against Jelena Jankovic where there were 20-something breaks of serve and only four or five service holds in total in a three-set match. That is probably the most extreme match I can remember just off the top of my head. Otherwise, it might have been a match involving Sara Errani, who is famous for being able to break anyone's serve but can't hold her own.
