Very nice

Liutova has settled into the match pretty nicely. You would think with this scoreboard pressure she should be able to break through Joint eventually to take this set.

And just like clockwork there ya go
But can the 16 year old back it up? How about closing out the set with a hold to F'ing LOVE
LFG

@bringit
She is looking good I snagged her to win 2nd set and also over 24.5.
She might win this. I don't want to press my luck with the favorable MoneyLine.

That was really impressive. Beating Alexandrova and Joint in their current form doesn't make you a world beater but doing it back to back as a 16 year old in your first WTA tournament is quite a feat.
That kid has the goods. Possibly the most impressive thing was her court demeanor and maturity. If you didn't know any better you would never think that was just a teenager out there.
She's Russian-born but probably a decent chance she ends up eventually as one of the next heralded Americans in the pipeline if they can get immigration stuff worked out. Right now she's here on some type of temporary status which prevents her from leaving/entering the country so she's restricted to events in North America.
