Impossible to find these on any normal book.

Just looked into it and yes, only appears in my book and also have +5,5 games @1,75. Didn´t not realise!

Only thing I can think of,  is to wait to play the in game in live or just stay out.

For instance , in my book, all ITF matches didn´t have games or handicap until this year so I had to wait to the first game , see the in game odds and, if happy, place the bet.
