US Open Thread

Pack.  How do you see Svit/Venus playing out?   Granted Svit has bombed lately, but I see this as a 6-4 6-3.  I’m leaning laying it in on both the $ & games.   Appreciate the efforts u put in here.  Thoroughly disappointed grown men taking shots at u.  Fkd up world 

I like Svit in early rounds of a major, she's usually reliable and fit...this is just as much a fade of Venus who on any given day can look great against a scrub, but average at best vs a top player...this matchup completely favors Svit who should be able to bait Venus into a lot of errors making her go for bigger shots to end the rallies quicker...Svit is a great counter puncher and retriever...her biggest weakness is she gets broken a lot, but her biggest strength is she can break serve a lot too...64 63 feels doable.

The random cockroach that shows up here is definitely not a grown man...best to ignore and not give them the reply they are so desperate to get, they live pathetic lives with no hope.

I like Cuevas -2.5 a bunch.  He got through Sock in straight sets while Majchraz had to battle it out in 5. GL!

My book has DeMinaur at -6.5!!!
