Martens get the lucky loser spot after Ruusuvuori withdraw. Martens lost 2-0 against Kruger in the qualifier and can't see him take a set against an inform Zverev he will have no answer for his serve. Mertens even faced 8 break chances against no ranked wildcard Kennedy in the first qualifier round. This should be an easy 3-0 win for the world #4.

Fritz 3-0 has already gone down from 1.50 to 1.29...I expect we will see the same here with Zverev

I think Sun will continue her good form into the 1st round, and can't see Monfils lose to Schwartzman. 

 

Schwartzman will end tennis after AO Open, so this will be his last US open, he had to qualify to get here, and I'm sure he's happy just to get into the main draw. Monfils played really good last week, beating Carlos and Popyrin before losing 2-1 against Rune.

Giron has been really good lately, is no in the top 50. He as 3-1 h2h against A. De Minaur who haven't played in over a month, and problem with an hip injury.

Schwartzman will end tennis after AO Open, so this will be his last US open, he had to qualify to get here

Glad he made it.  Got every ounce of tennis out of his short frame.

Doesn't matter what it is. You should be the one placing your $/per unit accordingly.  Everyone has different amount per their "unit" size.

Both Ruse and  Kostyuk is in great form, 7 of their 8 wins have been 2-0. Muhammad and Watson is just the better double players and more experience can't see them lose this.
