The big question is, can Andy hold it together if it goes to a 5th set (which is looking very likely at this point)?

Not sure.  He looks like Novak did in the 2nd set.  This is looking like a 6-1 or 6-2 for Novak now after Andy fails to hold twice.

Andy needs something to get his energy level back up, and breaking Novak may the only way to do it.  Problem is, he's allowing Novak to gain that confidence where Novak may just route him.

He'll put in enough effort on his own serve to have the 1st service game at the start of the 5th. Which means he wants to lose this set either 0-6 or 2-6.

And it's not like Joker's stressed in this set, just needs to remain focused.
