Is it crazy to think Tsitsipas and Rublev shouldnt be such longshots going into the French?

Rafa -120...something is off with him, i would take the field.

Djoker +300...not feeling him either

Thiem +500...hes dealing with depression and hasnt played in a long time...hard pass

Tsitsipas +1600 

Rublev +1800 

Medvedev +2200...hes just not proven enough as a clay courter...pass

Zverev +2200...never going to happen for him unless...he'll need some luck like Cilic did at the US Open where everyone lost before they had a chance to crush him, then found Nishi at the finish line

Might have to lock these guys in before the Barcelona finals, just in case one of them beats Rafa

Yeah I am with you. I think joker and nadal both arn't going to win. Nadal looks real off right now. I think there has to be an argument for the Greek @ esp +1600

I am downgrading Rublev, but upgrading Tsitspas.

All depends on the draw, but Tsitsi has my vote and i will be shopping around for lines later tonight.

Halep at +600 to win the title is an offer i may not be able to refuse, she looks healthy, energetic, happy and her game looks sharp according to my eye test today and yesterday.

yep ..I am the 1952 vintage.

grew up in Argentina.. Went to college in USA in 1970... Florida Atlantic University. Had a very forgettable pro career. I did have a win over Harold Salomon on hard courts, I think he  had the flu though. Bur when you mention your "eye" I know what u mean. Elite players can "see" stuff. Hard to explain. I watch Korda and I see a tall guy who moves like a short guy...u know what I mean. 

Anyway...will keep an eye out for your takes....I have been following u for awhile. You have that junior tenis-brat eye that only tenis brats can have.

The Greek is a good bet. Not sold on Rublev yet, he has some maturing to do.

You would think Dom will win this event multiple times but you’re right, he’s not where he needs to be mentally right now.

I get the feeling Nole gets his 2nd title at Roland Garros. I think he’ll be even more motivated with all the back and forth with Rafa lately
