    @Calde13

     But in this case, I would sue just to force him to lawyer up and eat some legal fees. We know who he is, and that he doesn't have the funds laying around like that to do so.

    Some members are also sharing their plays, but it seems like only certain posts are being called out. If there are concerns, it would be better to address them consistently rather than selectively. Let’s keep things fair and respectful, and focus on improving the discussion rather than personal attacks. Everyone should aim to contribute positively and grow from the feedback  an_light

    I’m a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more I have of it.

    He doesn't copy. He's been here for many years, he's good at sports, and he doesn't need any recommendations.

     how much are you willing to wager on this? do you really think we are just making baseless accusations?

    Believe me I don’t care rather you want to sue him or not - let’s see if you just telling him doesn’t change things - I think we come a long way - just asking nicely - rather than threaten people (esp with things that wouldn’t hold up in court anyway) but that is just my 2 cents

     Go ahead and post your recommendations here now, and let's see how good they are. He won't copy them anyway, he'll come up with something different.

    Paid service, You guys are funny  bigsmile

    It also raises questions about whether there are other motives involved, such as promoting certain content or benefiting financially. If that’s the case, it should be disclosed openly so everyone understands the context. Overall, the discussion should stay transparent, fair, and focused on constructive feedback rather than personal criticism.

    bottom line is, our guys put a ton of work into coming up with these plays, for our paying clients. its a massive slap in the face to the cappers, plus our clients who pay a premium for access to them. our service has been wildly profitable since its inception September 2025 (+225 units) as of tonight. He had an opportunity to be a member, which he was for a little while, but got kicked out for continuing to post his own plays in our group when he was repeatedly reminded not to. Whether theres any actual legal recourse or not, its just a shitty thing to do, and the fact that some of you are avidly defending his actions is almost as repugnant

    Please consider keeping your discussions and posts within your own thread going forward. It would help reduce confusion and keep the space organized and easier to follow for everyone. If thete are disagreements or concerns, they should be addressed directly and respectfully rather than turning into personal remarks. The focus should remain on sharing ideas and analysis, not on unnecessary conflict.

     no thank you, not in the practice of giving away paid service information for free. kind of the whole point of all of this, would have thought that was readily obvious

     As far as I'm concerned, he's absolutely fine. Just because he used to be with you and isn't anymore doesn't mean he's copying anyone. He has his own knowledge and experience, and he's been in this field for many years.

    If he does take bets from your paid service and post here for free - that would be a douche move - don’t think many would disagree on that ! But you have to understand we and most of your paying customers (I suppose) cant connect the dots - how would we know your paying service ? And how would people prior to joining your service know the bets were the same as posted here ? Have he affected your buttomline ? And can you prove that ? (That is the ONLY thing a court would use as a factor for their judgement) Then you might have a case - if not - then it doesn’t matter what you can prove and what he does

    Don't mention the frogs - we don't want to scare the toddler - we want him to sleep

    @Calde13

     im not sure what point you're trying to prove. I thought i made it clear with my last post that i was moving on from the legal side of it, and choosing to focus on how shitty of him it is to be doing what he's doing. whether or not it affects our bottom line is irrelevant to the fact that it is a shitty thing to do. Sure, all of what you said is relevant to any potential legal action. But i thought it was abundantly clear from my last message ("Whether theres any actual legal recourse or not, its just a shitty thing to do, and the fact that some of you are avidly defending his actions is almost as repugnant") that I was choosing to move the discussion to the morality of it, rather than legality

    Maintaining transparency builds trust, while exaggerated or unverified claims ultimately damage credibility. It would be better to ensure that all communications are accurate and aligned with what is actually being provided...

    @WizeGuy777

     ok, would you like us to provide receipts? before we do, would you agree that having the EXACT same plays, and the EXACT same lines, posted a little while after our paid service posts them EVERY time is enough to prove that he is stealing plays? if we don't come to that understanding, then theres no point

    Oh ok I didn’t catch that part of your point my bad (I am not a native English speaker it is my 5th language - so you might have said it with words I don’t understand or I have simply missed it) - then I will rest my case - because my main point was about the legal stuff - I agree on the moral part - if you are right on it happening like this of course

    If there are claims being made, it would be helpful to provide clear supporting evidence or documentation so they can be properly verified. Transparency is important, especially when discussing results or performance  peace

    Sharing verifiable proof allows everyone to assess the situation fairly and helps maintain trust within the group. Without that, claims remain unsubstantiated and open to doubt  an_light
