 Please don't steal other people's plays, and post them publicly as your own. That's really not cool, not sure what you get out of it, but he put a lot of hard work into all his plays. If you continue to do so we will pursue legal action.

Hehe - You can not sue anyone for that  - then betting tips should be copyrighted which they are not ! Come on guys are you joking - this sounds like a bad gangster movie with legal threats and other threats over something as miniscule as this - I am sure he will stop if asked ! There isn’t many other options than to hope that is the case ! 

You guys are dreamers. Some of the members here are posting their plays, but that doesn’t automatically make them handicappers. Everyone here is helping each other, like wgomel21, sharing insights and perspectives to try to improve as a community. Instead of tearing people down, you should recognize the effort that goes into posting picks and discussing games in real time. It’s easy to sit on the sidelines being jealous, bored, and negative when you’re not contributing anything yourself. If you don’t like what you see here, create your own thread and post your own plays—wins and losses included—and let the results speak for themselves  

If you guys don’t have anything constructive to say, it’s better to stay quiet

Look at those accounts who’s coming at him saying he’s stealing plays lol all accounts made in 2015 with a few posts. Someone is a hater and had one too many and decided to start posting with their burner accounts 

I just find it funny that one of the accusations is that he present it like being his own picks - I feel like he almost always mention someone in his post that helped him come to that betting conclusion - be it bringit, some soccer bettor he likes etc. - I would say it was more rare he presented something being his “own” bet than the opposite - but I don’t follow along to an extent where I could tell of course - but just when you follow along sporadically 

And unless it is a paid service where he takes the bets from and post here for free - I don’t think I can even comprehend the problem in reposting someone else’s pick

 it is a paid service that he is stealing picks from. He was a member of that paid service, but recently was kicked out. i can provide receipts. the bets he posts are unique enough that it would be WILD coincidence that he would create the same play on his own.

Well yeah technically you can sue people for everything - you can sue him for looking at you funny - I meant you can’t win a case on this - not even if you could prove without any doubt that he did republish them 

- Well yeah ok if it is a paid service that changes it slightly - given of course you have 1000% certain evidence - it would be hard to prove in a court of law

 nope, we just discovered that he was stealing picks from our paid service and posting them here. did not know about this previously. crazy how all of you make these wild accusations without a shred of proof or any context as to what was happening.

 in this case, someone is leaking the plays to him, so there is a third party between us. We can absolutely win a case against whoever is leaking them to wgomel21. 

Some members are also sharing their plays, but it seems like only certain posts are being called out. If there are concerns, it would be better to address them consistently rather than selectively. Let’s keep things fair and respectful, and focus on improving the discussion rather than personal attacks. Everyone should aim to contribute positively and grow from the feedback
