I was just looking at this match. The game spread is +5.5 at -160, I'm hopping on that with a sprinkle on the ML

Updated Taylor Townsend record since start of 2024:
Overall: 38-32 (54%)
North America: 33-14 (70%)
Overseas: 5-18 (21%)
Made Washington QF last month before losing a very tight match to eventual champ Fernandez.
Won the doubles championship in Washington to become world #1 and followed up with a runner up finish in Montreal. Skipped Montreal singles this year to instead save herself for a main draw wildcard in Cincy, and for good reason.
Last year she famously lost a quarterfinal match against Navarro in Toronto and then had to drive overnight to Cincy for her qualifying match the next day. She came through qualifying beating Paquet and Volynets, then in the main draw beat Dolehide and Kasatkina before losing to the eventual runner-up Pegula.
Tell me that the USA doesn't hit different for this girl. Who else would play a 1000 QF and then drive overnight to make a QUALIFYING match? Then make a good run at the tourney! This year she's fresh, ready, and in good US hard court form once again.

She's 31. Don't think that's quite old lady territory yet, even in the game of tennis.
