Dan,
that's the first thing I looked at when checking NHL results
more money,
I may play this out to the conclusion of the regular season.
Best of luck, I hope it is profitable. Feel free to post the results on occasion.

We fire this system back up on Wednesday October 12. Who's ready for some hockey?

Dan, how will you bet this season?
Yes that is how I will be betting it. Considering adding running a labby line on each team separately as well. I'm back testing the last two years to see how it would play out. Stay tuned...

Hi Oil, I recall reading it, but let me review and get back to you on this later today.

His example is a little off but the idea is there. He is using traditional parlay payouts of 13:5. Ours is a little tricky given some of the high odds.
I ran the numbers for 2 years ago when I first posted/ran the system. That year we had a profit of 259 units, using the pay dues method we would have won 153 units. A couple of high odds during a chase that goes to 8 games resulting in a pretty large game 8 wager. If that would have lost, we would have lost more than the 74 units that it would have cost us on the regular parlay system.
For now, I won't consider the pay dues method. I have to look to see if it can be applied to a +odds parlay using the PL in our system for any faves. The bets should stay somewhat low, but winning % is going to be bad. Will let you know what I find out. I'll use last year since we suffered an 8 game loss. If bets are low enough, no reason to stop at 8 games on the + odds method (I hope).

After testing, I will not be running a labby line for the two bets. While it does work in the long run, there were several bets that were more than on the parlay system. Just a little too risky for me for a much lower return.
