Rollercoaster of a game 2, only to lose it in a shootout. Gross.

 Is today the day? Do we finally get a big win and dare I say it, perhaps our three teamer too? Two monster favs, and only small fav. I guess Tampa isn't a HUGE favorite, but I wasn't overly blown away when I watched the two Columbus games we had action on. The only team I've been thoroughly impressed with (I'm typically not a hockey game watching kinda guy) was the Avalanche. We could use this one!

I don't know if you watched the Candiens game but it was absolutely insane Race. They had to come back the whole game, over and over to continue tying. They took the lead 5-4 with 3:40 left... then gave up the tying goal 45 seconds later. Shootout starts and the Canucks score on their 2nd attempt, Canadiens failed, Canucks fail on attempt 3, Canadiens score on attempt 3 to send it to 4, then we lost. It was insane. I can't remember ever watching a bet that I had with so much rollercoaster of emotion and I've been betting for over 10 years. I've always heard hockey has the best OT, and a win would've made it feel incredible, but man it was such a painful loss to watch happen.

I didn't watch the game, I was at a dinner (I'm in Hawaii) and was checking my phone every 10min or so. I saw the lead with 3:40 left and figured we were good. Closed my phone and helped clean up, then ate dessert. When I got in the car to drive home, saw that we were now in a shootout! FCK! Got home and saw that we lost. Damn. 

Tonight we ride!

Damn, yeah, somehow I missed Montreal... I think they weren't on the board yet at my book last night :/ 

I had the other 3 locked in for a 3 teamer @ $100.

Hawaii eh? Is that Colt Brennan in the profile pic? Man he was a beast... College Football was passion back when he was playing, in that 2003-2012 time frame in general. Now it's probably mostly NBA.

Yeah that's Colt. Magical times here in the islands when he was balling. Stadium packed and going crazy on Saturday nights. 

When Tampa went to OT, I just closed my streams and my ESPN tabs and did some emails.

 Crazy... we can’t seem to get an easy one. Avs should destroy the kings. Kings got back in it for the same reason Canucks won yesterday... power play goals.

Avs threatening but can't get it in..Kings had some opportunities also. a -250 line game but feels way shorter since the game was tied up...hoping Mackinnon has one more in him tonight. huge win/loss swing for me
