Friday 5/31 Dog plays. Adding a new feature which I'll call Sagarin plays. I'm looking for dogs that have a starting pitcher ranked 11 or better than than fave pitcher. Trying to keep it A tier vs A tier. Started tracking this May 15 and the picks are 16-10.

Miami falls under the Divisional dog system. We are looking for plays where the home team is favored by -116 to -149 or -170 to -249; also when a road team is favored by -106 to -154. See Degen's post on #455. for an explanation of the new Division dogs criteria.
That being said, I will never place a bet on Miami, but that's just me. I will track it per the system.

However, the answer you seek is, Cantor does not offer the Nevada online ultra-net. it's strictly 'live' walk-up at all CantorLV books, and yes the RRL is available at all LV sportbooks, I have negative reservations in regards to Stations sportsbooks, they are not only 'shunned' by locals, but are categorized as "tourist traps" for out-of-townee's not knowing "they are the most discriminative sportsbooks LV has to offer" the reasons are numerous, and not worth the exhaustion of commentary, however, you answered by your statement that they do not offer the RRL on their action board. this is absurd, and after further review, I find Stations is the only Sportbooks in LV that does not offer the RRL, and have limitations on just about every bet they create, "their line is the worst I have ever witnessed, both online, and in the state of Nevada.(they are a NFL nightmare)
now in reference to your question, go to the Nevada ultra-line service, use WilliamHill if you prefer to do your thing at home from the state of Nevada exclusively. OR do as I do, open an account with a CantorLV book, and request the 'tablet' where you can make bets from anywhere within the GPS of the state of Nevada, I sit in my living room watching a game betting pitch by pitch, inning by inning action, which 'only' CantorLV provides "the tablet" it's new, and innovated (in it's 2nd MLB season of use) and yes, you also have the option of the RRL. it would be in accordance to tracking, to use a line/odds everyone has access to, such as PinnacleSports, 5dimes, bet365, not LV, where action is exclusive, and CantorLV odds are unaccessible to players outside of Nevada
S_N - Thanks so much for your reply and insight, much appreciated. I will correct the friend request. Apparently I also need to run away from Stations as quickly as possible. A quick closing of the account and head over to the Palms to open a Cantor account. I'll look at William Hill too. 
Degen - Considering what S_N had to say regarding tracking and lines, what do you think about changing the lines we use over to Pinnacle or 5dimes? I'm good with any of them, let's get away from Stations.
