Can all of us pool together and pay you for your picks, I would be happy to do so. I know part of the point was for us to do all the math ourselves but I just dont have time to handicap games and I just loved everything about this thread.

THX for the kind, and complimentary words, unfortunately there's  nothing here for commercialized objectives. may you prosper always, and then some...

Have to say the early exit kinda blows...but I'm a tailer.  Until I have a system to net 70%, I gotta take what comes.  Fuckin' sucks, but maybe this is the motivation needed to form better self reliance in the wagering category.

Your commentary, although abstract, has respectful insight, thx for  your participation, and interest..may you continue your quest in seeking handicapping prosperity..

Thank You very much Sports Network for introducing me to Sabermetrics as it relates to sports handicapping.

Im eagerly looking forward to seeing how you approach football, as it is my favorite sport to handicap. I love seeing different approaches to capping football games.

Also, I'm curious to know if you use Sabermetrics in Basketball as well. I know its pretty new to Basketball but it seems to be becoming more useful and popular.

Thank you for your time and here's to a successful football season!

Thx for the gratitude in your commentary

Basketball is designed for "situational' play, and form..Sabermetrics are used in statistical formations of matchups, to date, their are no known sabermetrician approaches/formulas attached to the NBA...however, innovations are in the process...

thanx for this great effort SN.
I remember couple of months ago someone came up with this runs created formula and you designed a huge and succesfull system out of it..that's pretty big!
I would also love to hear what kind of wagering system you would use with these %70 hitting ratio?
As far as I know, Sabermetrics concept is only for baseball.
so we have to invent our own sabermetrics for Basketball!
personally I don't think it would work for football, hockey or soccer.but after all what the hell do i know:)

Baseball is stats, which in return, are connected to sabermetrics. Football is matchups, connected to performance..

I am extraordinarily confused. You do not want money for your picks, which I can understand, keeping it natural and such but why stop posting the plays. If I understand you correctly your reasons for starting the thread were completely altruistic and your continued posting of the plays was altruistic, so in this train of unselfishness what got derailed, why stop posting, so confused.

Has everyone on this post gone mad? Listen, I respect Sports Network for his work, he obviously put in the time.

But his units won number are just not realistic. The 'opening' lines that he posted as his plays were not even close to the lines that existed the '30 minutes' before game time when SN said he placed his wagers. I have multiple, multiple books and once and a while I could get a line like SN, but it was rare.

The strength of his system was the aggregrate units won. With inflated lines, of course he looks like the next Einstein of sports handicapping.

From experience and tailing his plays, you can rest assure that if you played SN's picks 30 minutes before first pitch, your value would decrease and the overall effieciency of this system bordered on pedestrian.

The concept is fantastic and I believe there is great validity in these concepts, but I just don't believe that SN unlocked it.

After looking at this thead ad naseum, I began to become very suspect when SN would not answer some basic questions. After multiple calls for step by step methodology for one game, there were only directives to look at tangotiger's website.

If this were a teaching post, like so many have claimed. Then what's the harm in sharing methodology?

If you have made money off of this system, then kudos, good for you. I just thought I would share my insights after watching from afar.

    A good day to all.

i could not expect anthing less from an amatuer/in-experiance capper as yourself, you evidently have not studied the thread, where everything you have just asked is published in detail, with all formulas attached, I have access to well over 200 BOOKS, and I wont give your commentary the time of day, actually your embarassing yourself without even understanding why! Your envious attitude is that of a very frustrated "bottomfeeder" who just does not have the intellectual ability to comprehen professional handicapping, in an advanved form...In other words, your full of shit, and so is your post..ANOTHER ATTENTION SEEKER, without substance to thought, only to 'try' and create controversy..

a person who degrades, and challenges success, is classified simply as an Idiot...well, you received the attention you where looking for, and 5 precious minutes of my time to confirm your ignorance..You have 3 POST, and they are all located in this thread, what does that tell you?  by the way, to add insult to your injury, if you payed closer attention, you would realize all wagers made in this thread on all posted plays are documented with the exact units wagered attached, and the book in which the wager was made, with the actual ticket ready to cut and paste, for convenience, the thread speaks entirely for itself, who do you speak for? GO find somewhere else to play, your definately not wanted around here, and neither is yor transparent commentary.

SN... Thanks for teaching a man how to fish.
Onto the NBA... That was brought up.
There was something I found last year somewhere else and it was every successful
One catch... You need some balls to play this not to mention great MM too for with in whatever the bankroll may be.
Now I could not afford to play it but I followed it and played when I could.

Divide the wins of the road team into how many games it played on the road.
Diddo for the home team. With wins into home games played.
Get rid of the decimal or keep it, doesn't matter
Subtract the smaller number from the larger one
If the difference is 35 or greater... Play it unless its too tight capping wise. Otherwise nothing else is involved
The team with the greater number in which you subtracted from... Play them on the ML only
The record last year was around 152-18 or so
And its all documented with those 18 losses averaging around -110 to -300 or so. I remember one was -800 wit Bos mailing it in at the end of the season
This system was hedged with ML parlays and up to 12 point teasers to help shave the losses too and make bacn some money.
Also results that were I think 50 and above have only lost once which was last year in the past few years at least.
But that those teams have extremely heavy lines like around -1500 to -2500.
Those games were pounded on hardcore and won..............
Hey... Not bad when Cle is 41-1 at home huh???
Can't say how many units were won. That wasn't their point. But oh shit did they do a number.........

    As SN would say
A PROFESSIONAL CAPPER DOESN'T JUST CAPP GAMES BUT CAPPS THE UNITS TO WAGER ON THEM TOO.............

I am not seeking any credit but just bumping a great formula.
Hmmm..... This didn't start neither until January too when posted.
It tailed off once April came around so it was advised to stop near the end of March to save lost units.
When could this system start? Don't know yet.

Now let's go out there and be somebody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
