After looking back to the 2010 season, I noticed Texas lost a 4-gamer to Baltimore. It didn't happen at any random point in the season though; it was the series right before the All-Star break. Maybe filtering out these series is a good idea so we don't get caught by a good team looking forward to some time off/partying?

If people think the Juice is to high why not come in AFTER GAME A LOSE.. that way you are only playing GAME B and C.
So if someone can put the stats up for this years run that would be good.
Last season within about a 2 month span the A Game Bet hit for ~30 out of 40 times. That is a miraculous 75!!!!!!!!!!! If you or anyone else is afraid of the A game bet so much, then by all means dont play them. I don't know if we will have that kind of streak ever again, but I am playing A games. BOL All

sd always seems to go on a rampage outside of Petco Field. They are scrappy hitters. They suck still, but single the living hell out of teams at times.

CannedGoods - What about the other years? That could be the only 4 game series loss right before the All-Star break in 20 seasons.
True say. KC's loss for us last year came in June, but at least it was explicable as the Royal's pitching was disgustingly bad.

The only explanation I came up with when looking into it is that it was a series right before the All-Star break and since half the team was going, nobody cared to pick up a W. I guess we can keep playing teams close to the break but tread lightly. I hate nothing more than losing money and a 4 game chase is ridiculously costly to a BR and season profits.

Gotta be careful man, I stayed away from that because the Braves pitching isn't as good this year; Reds is quietly considerably better. I also always weight pitching more than I do batting...pitchers win 2 out of 3 times over batters and additionally, defense wins championships.
If you wanna make it up, bet the plays I posted. No way LAD, TEX and ARI get swept IMO, DET and TB are highly improbable as well, maybe tread a bit lighter with a half unit for those two teams as DET isn't playing that amazing of late and I still feel like BOS could breakout bigtime at any point now. All 5 should easily cash though.
