Damn Yankees <---pun intended. They f*!@#d up my parlay.

But hey Washington RL was solid.

Like I said, I usually find one or two games and nail those. Don't try and chase all the games that meet the strategy.

Verlander did it again! didn't hit the RL, as IRAGE said, the Washington RL was solid! 
Im chasing Dodgers, Colorado, St. Louis and Cleveland.

Yea, I was trying to figure out why Verlander was still in there. I guess his coach wants him to ruin his arm about the same time his contract ends. 131 pitches in week 1??? Stupid coach imo.

Hey Guys,

It took some tinkering but finally, after IRAGE's request was able to get starting pitcher data into the spreadsheet.

You can get VERSION 2 with pitcher data from this link:

And as always you can get VERSION 1 without pitcher data from this link:

NOW YOU MUST READ THIS:

The "UpdateAll" Macro will update everything EXCEPT the "STARTERS" TAB.  YOU HAVE TO RUN THAT SEPERATELY!!!

and you have to run it BEFORE any of today's games.  IF any game started DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT RUN IT. You will get screwed up starting pitcher data..

Shouldn't be an issue though - theoretically - you would open the spreadsheet in the morning and run the macros and don't run them again until the following day.

Also - if something looks off or is not right - let me know.  I can make mistakes too.

Next steps - get career ERA from somewhere so I can have all the data points for Gilmar's O/U system.  Any suggestions where I can get pitcher career ERA data similar to ESPN (https://espn.go.com/mlb/stats/pitching/_/qualified/false/order/false)

I can't believe the WhiteSox blew there game. They had it and all they had to do was close the game.

It seems like every night the Dodgers get more and more value.. what's the deal? They're 9-1 ! Doesn't matter who the pitcher is, they're playing solid ball!

Thats awesome, I wish I had time to finish my app and find a way to update a webpage dynamically. Then we would just have it out there.

Yeah - Irage - this would defintely be easier in a webpage with a database populated from daily RSS feeds - unfortunately i'm not a web developer - I just know enough of excel to make me slightly dangerous  

Maybe it can be a good project to outsource in the off season depending how this year turns out.

2 Losers today, glad I'm going light. Orioles lighting it up, great closings 2 nights in a row. Keep an eye on them.

Are you kidding me?  The O's?  Dude, 2 good nights against the ChiSox hitters? Hardly impressive.  How many lead changes did Tor & Bal have last series? Not impressive pitching whatsoever bro. But, BAL does have good hitting. But are one injury away from crap too.  Plus, the "Central Divisions" AL & NL, get beat up by the rest of the league for the most part.

I have a friend at work that said he would make me a website. I havent taken him up on the offer because time is just so limited.  I learned the whole web making thing this last winter too. Kind of easy, but hard if you don't know it obviously.

What's up everyone.. I've been following just didn't want to clog up the thread..

@murphmanny: there will be a bar torwards the top of the excel file (right above the bar that lists the column letters (A, B, C, etc) will be a message.  click the options button and change the options to enable.  after this go to the view tab and click the macros button all the way on the right hand side.  i would suggest going to each one to clicking run to make sure everything updates because when i did update all the pitchers didnt update.

Yesterday I hit Clev A game, St. Louis A game, and Colorado A game and lost on Dodgers A game...

@TheCatsAreHere.. I did what you said and went through them one by one updating the macros.. I got an error for PitchingSeasons and Standings "Named argument not found", and an error for RPI and Starters "Run time error -438". 

Not sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks.

Irage - how do you feel about the "C" game on the CWS?  I probably know the answer - I just hate sweating out all these "C" games.
