They should be a play today, Game 1 (TAMPA to Lose)
AZ is on the Road today. Game 2 is pending until AZ returns home again vs. LAD on 7/2.
I do not wish to hijack GB's thread. I'm just trying to continue what he started until he returns.
sidebar: I have been following the inverse of these two systems, and they appear to have similar success this season, (I think one or two losses), but I've never backtested them. The inverse would be to find a home team LLLW, and then looking for a Home Loss. Or a Road team WWWL, and then looking for a Road Win.
As in your example: AZ (Tampa to lose at home) game 1, b/c Tampa has gone LLLW there last 4 games.
I don't wish to muddy the thread with this. But when or if GB returns, maybe he could backtest these two scenarios. I also saw a similar pattern in PHI (Tor to lose), WAS (Balty to lose), CLE (Cin to lose)
hope this helps.
