I believe Titans win this outright and should be favored. This is a huge public line with Indy being favored absolutely no reason for it. Titans suck I get it but they are home and still playing good defense. Manning what doesnt have the weapons this year. both offenses stuggle tonite and total goes under 40 while Titans win. You could also wait till after skins game to determine how much to play on second game depending on who wins. I did this to ensure I got the lines I wanted.
